Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our factory is located in Wuxi City, 30mins railway from Shanghai city.  

    Frame welding ,heat treatment, frame painting and assembly line are all together in Wuxi , a famous electric  vehicles city in China.

   

 Q: Can I get some samples? 

A: We are honored to offer you samples as the trial order for quality check. 

 

 Q: Do you have the products in stock?

A: mostly all bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples. But sometimes, there is stock  in the warehouse, welcome to place order.

 Q: What's the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 45-60 working days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

 Q: Can I mix different model/color in one order?

 A: Yes, different model/color can be mixed in one order.

 

 Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

 A: Quality is our core, we have quality inspector to check and strictly control every program from raw materials to cutting, bending, welding process to finished product testing to last packaging.


Q: What's the after-sale warranty?

 A: Our products  cover 1year  warranty except for man-made damage.

Q: What's  your salse services ?

 A: Our salse including 3 parts as below:

Pre-Sale Service:

1. Free technical advisory services for customers.

2. Invite the customers to visit our company to inspect product design, product manufacturing process, prototype, testing facilities and quality management system.

3. Our company can assign experienced technicians to design and select for free according to the site conditions and technical parameters provided by customers.

 

In-Sale Service:

In the process of product manufacturing, the customer is invited to visit the company to inspect the various processes in the manufacturing process, and provide the product's inspection standards and inspection results to the relevant technical personnel.

 

After Sales Service:

1. The warranty period of our company's products is 1 year, and the "three guarantees" service is implemented (it is indeed due to the quality problems of our company, including replacement, replacement, repair)

2. Our company is equipped with a high-quality after-sales service team with technicians as the mainstay. In response to the customer's service information or feedback, the customer will be satisfied with the response and processing within the shortest time.
